Yeah, someone has improved their draft stock tremendously.....

At some point in time, the Cowboys are going to need to use a high draft pick on a quarterback......To me, signing Drew Bledsoe is an attempt at another temporary fix. Yet, I think that Bledsoe does have a few good years left in him. If the Cowboys wanted to develop Drew Henson, then Parcells would not be the coach, because Parcells loves veterans; not taking the time and effort to groom a young QB.

Camp Anawanna, we hold you in our heart. It's hard to believe at 23, I remember more about that, then what I continue to learn, or have learned during my time in college.

After reading a story on ESPN.com discussing the fact that Jose Canseco is selling his 2000 NY Yankees World Series ring on his website, I decided to check out said website (www.josecanseco.com).....It seems that on March 2, Mr. Canseco will be at the Hastings Bookstore here in Denton signing his new book.....I find that kinda funny.

So colleges are supposed to gift wrap head coaching jobs? Yeah, 3 out of 117 in itself isn't something to cheer about, but red, yellow, black, white, or purple, aren't you supposed to earn your job? Instead of having it given to you on a silver platter.

Why in God's name would Urban Meyer come to UNT? He coached at Bowling Green, and then went to Utah.....Why would he take a step down in the coaching ranks? Nice try.

Am I not mistaken, but were there not signs out at the entrances that said "Student ID's will be scanned"? If UNT brought in someone to take care of the "problems" they are not doing a good job, because the lady at the entrance only counted my ID on her little counter thing-a-mabober.......

I'm not saying that Quincy Carter was the best quarterback in the NFL.......Yet, I feel bad for the guy, because he pretty much threw away his career. From what I understand, his problems go all the way back to his days at the University of Georgia.....Did Jerry Jones and Bill Parcells jump the gun in cutting him? I don't know. Parcells has been somewhat eased at times with problem players (ie. Lawrence Taylor), but maybe this time, when it is the leader of the team, Quincy was not to be trusted, and had to be let go.....All I know is that its going to be an interesting year with a 41 year old quarterback in Vinny Testaverde, and 2 other quarterbacks who have never thrown a pass in a NFL game.
