  1. Lets just say that I love my school and I love basketball. I have been around high school basketball for a while, and I am tired of watching Baylor, Texas, and OU basketball. I am ready for D/FW to step up.
  2. Jordan Williams 6 Devonata Abrams 7 Kyan Anderson 10 Give or take 1 or 2 spots Trey Norris 70 Up over 20 spots and still more potential (I personally put him in the top 40)
  3. Abron is seriously considering UNT. He wants to be at a smaller school, and enjoyed his visit. Doesn't mean he is going to sign, but you can't jump out there and say he is not signing with us. And I am speaking from what he has told me himself, not what I heard.
  4. I still prefer to be the North Texas Eagles opposed to the North Texas Mean Green
  5. UIL states it is illegal to move for athletic purposes. Picking up your family to move is hard to prove, but still illegal according to UIL if it was due to athletics.
  6. Williams played for Team Texas Elite, not Texas Select.
  7. Rivals new national rankings are out: Devonta Abron - 106 Jordan Williams - 108
  8. Williams started the season with Team Texas Elite. However, he played the month of July with the Mustangs. Keyan played for the TX Blue Chips. I saw him with my eyes, but if you want more proof: http://northtexas.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1115587
  9. Phones stopped ringing from some of the high majors. He was not a teammate of Williams though, if he was it was short lived. Kyan played for TX Blue Chips this summer. He and Norris are good friends though.
  10. I think Tyler looked very good. I have seen Trey play a lot more though, so I still take him. I take Trey over most PG's in the area right now though. He has a high motor and drive to win. Kids love to play with him because he is so unselfish. I think he is very underrated. I love Jalen Jones and Karim York. I think UNT has a good shot at getting this kid with Williams and Norris verbal. I don't think Keaton Miles is all that though. I think his ego is better than his game. Not to take anything away from what he does, I just don't see the High Major everyone keeps talking about. I watched him the last 3 summers and even at Pangos, just not overly excited.
  11. Nothing personal at all. I love talking basketball. I was there too and Trey looked great. There were a few other guards, at what I thought was a very watered down "Elite" camp, but Trey more than held his own. Trey is a true point. He looks to get others involved first, then score as a secondary option. His shot is improving, but for what he does, he is solid. And he may be "tiny," but he benches 220 and squats 400 already.
  12. You are correct about who visit Friday, but you are far from correct about Trey at their Elite camp. Trey play at Elite camp is what made Jordan Williams decide on UNT. SMU did offer Trey as well.
  13. Jones and Henry both are being recruited by big name schools. They will both take their time making their decision. I don't know why the list isn't current, but I know they have plenty of offers out there.
  14. While we are hoping recruits read blogs, I hope Trey doesn't read this forum. Trey commits and we talk about Devonta, who would be a huge get for UNT, then SMU, who is insignificant at best!
  15. Although it would be great to get Jones, chances of that happening are very slim. He has a lot of other interests than UNT. Henry wore a UNT shirt during the game yesterday, but that probably won't happen either. Trey is a huge pick up for UNT. Rankings may not say it, but I have watched this kid play and he is a beast. Josh may be graduating, but his predecessor is pretty close.
