you guys know what effin pisses me off? It's the fact that our new baseball/softball facility is going to look like a legos set (or maybe a legos set might look better..i dunno)! Looks like MTSU's new facility is top of the line! It's going to be embarrassing to have teams come there and see the sh** hole we built! Why not do something right the first time? The athletic department might as well have left the girls playing at the park...it looks about the same!!! This is ridiculous....all the money raised going to THAT?? If they didnt have enough money to build a top of the line, or atleast VERY NICE and MODERN facility they should have waited until they had enough money. I am extremely dissappointed in this new addition....makes NT look like they are cheapskates!

I think Gonzaga will go the furthest too..and I agree they are no longer a mid-major program. Morrison is a great all around player...he can post, shoot the three, drive, and pull up....unlike Reddick who is mainly only a threat from the three....

Like I posted on a previous thread....UNT just needs to go to an all music school and all the coaching woes will be satisfied, and nobody can complain! However I think some of the coaches might do better in that field....they can toot their own horns then!

I agree with you..I dont think they'll have any kind of post season advancements.....quite frankly ii dont think they will with Slinker and Co. behind the reigns!!

I agree...if they cant even win their own tourney I dont want to see UNT embarrassed by a team from a better conference. When they were last in the WNIT they got drummed in the first game of the tourney. This is just ridiculous! Instead of a FIRE COACH DICKEY board we need a "FIRE COACH SLINKER" board! She just doesnt cut it...I mean they should have known what kind of coach she was when they hired her...Marsha Sharp got rid of her when she was an assistant coach at Tech!

I think they are still in the mix, but I really dont think they'll get in. Granted they HAVE won a a couple of games to good teams, like MTSU and Lafayette (wohoo) they have also LOST more to lower tiered teams, like Denver (twice), FIU, and a couple of other I cannot think of off the top of my head. ALSO, they didnt win 20 games....and this is only 4 more wins that last year i might add. I hope I am wrong, but I think they'll miss it!

I agree..RV needs to tell her to move on! She's haad her track....too long of one at that!!!! Losing like that is unacceptable!!

Well, when you expect mediocracy, thats what you get. RV seems to only expect that...he needs to put his money where his mouth is. He always says we expects nothing but the best, but he seems to keep coaches around for years and years that have no better than .500 seasons.....and maybe 1 winning season in there somewhere. Anyways, when he begins to demand excellence he'll get it!

My High School fields look better than that, and we are a freaking UNIVERSITY!! It looks like a regular field at some complex that a town built. I know they are trying to improve the facilities, but why not make them nice from the start? As a former collegiate athlete, I wanted to play in nice facilities when I chose the school I went to. However, it does help to fill the stands....if u can't fill the stands there is not reason to have a top of the line facility(hint hint). BUT, I have been to a few softball games, and there seems to be a lot of backing for the girls and I think they will have no problem filling the stands...the facilities they built are not going to accomodate everybody!!

i wish the girls well, but I dont know how they will match up with the horns. However, I guess if she pitches a no-hitter we have no worries..then again we have to hit Osterman to get runs
