We'll do fine against smu...although not stellar by any means, yesterday was a much better showing than the last time when our guys laid down while in emotional shock from the loss of Andrew Smith. It has to get better...we have to keep the faith and believe. See you all Saturday...section C seat something...me and Ma coming up from the country to see then woop the smu.

Was walking in to Applebee's in Palestine last night...as I walked in (wearing a NT t-shirt)...there were 3 ladies at a table...one spoke up and said "hey GO MEAN GREEN...Beat Texas..". I extended the "Claw" to them....and as surprising to me I got a Claw in return from all 3 !! Dangit...we just need some exposure...... SAW EM OFF!!!!

Just a question for all the NT old timers...back in 1968-69 my Dad did his graduate work in the summer.. we would get an apartment and spend both summer terms up there...there was a bulding on campus called the Union Bulding...I remember it well as my parents went for coffee there and there was almost always a band or someone playing music when we were there. Does the bulding still exist?? I have only been on campus to Fouts for games....just thought I'd ask. 0-10 or 10-0 GREEN is the only way to go!!

My fingers are crossed for a decent game...The Texas game last year was a heartbreaker..but Im Green if we are 10-0 or 0-10!!!
