Wish him the best. Loved watching him play here, but I had a feeling he’d transfer. It’s what college sports has become. I’ll still root for him. GMG!

I wish he stuck around, but I can’t blame him if he’s being offered big time money. He was nice to my son after the Tulane game, so for that I’m grateful.
I don’t feel like the team ever really played to their potential...not his fault. Injuries forced him into the starting lineup…he would have been better served as a 6th man this season.
I think Hodge will find another player that will contribute…if he has not already found him. GMG!

I don’t have Twitter. Could you share what was said in his replies?
It’s not much from the screen shots. They’re mostly videos. The 41 in vertical is pretty impressive. So is the 55 yard field goal. And Horton running a 4.44 sounds good, too. Not sure if we’ll see any of the official results.

Just a few videos from today’s pro day. I think some of our guys will have a shot to make a roster.

Good for him. He seemed like a good coach. Curious to see how he navigates his team w/out the big NIL support that SMU had.

We’ll be fine. Hodge definitely knows what this team needs. I’m excited to see what this team looks like next year. And I’m looking forward to seeing some of our younger guys getting some playing time.

I don’t think I have ever seen a spring with less hype or enthusiasm.
Between men’s and women’s basketball, I didnt have the time to dig into spring ball. It’s not a bad problem to have. I follow the football team on the socials and they usually post daily photos.

Thought this was an interesting podcast. Talks about future Power Conferences, etc. It’s a bit of a downer for those that long for the college football of 5-10 years ago.

This was an outstanding season and I can't believe that North Texas basketball fans are complaining about losing in the second round of the NIT, on the road to a very good Seton Hall team, with a team that lost its coach and most of its starters to graduation and the transfer portal.
We've been spoiled as very, very few teams win as consistently as our does. The teams are doing their part.
Our challenge now is to build up the fan base so that we can afford to retain productive players. That means selling tickets, marketing the program, and promoting the hell out of our branding.
Great takes! I’m curious to see what happens in the TP with our guys. I’ve already accepted the fact that some will not come back. Excited for Year 2 under Hodge!

Seton Hall was better today. Our guys never quit. We just couldn’t make the plays when they were there to be made. SH did. Proud of our team. GMG!

WNIT still do autobids to all conferences? They used to extend invite to the highest rated team from each conference that wasn’t picked by NCAA.
I’m not sure how they select. I’d imagine we’re in, though.

It never felt like we played our basketball all season. Would love to see the men’s team compete (at least) one more time.
I think our women’s team could win the WNIT!

Not even basketball related. Is he okay? Heard he was ill from the Ross postgame. Any other updates?

Have to ball deny Davis. Face guard any time it's appropriate. Force anyone else to beat us. Anyone.
Agree. I think Rondell will make him work.

Thanks. I think we’re our best when we play our style of defense and when we’re smart about pushing the ball on offense. Edwards can force feed the transitions, but it feels a bit reckless at times. I have 100% confidence when Rubin decides to lead the breaks. 10+ assists should be our goal! GMG!

Wish him well. He was a beast for us. He’ll be great wherever he goes. Loved watching him play for us. GMG!
