seats are too high, at least for the Rangers. This isn't an attempt to take a crack at the Rangers or talk about how i like the Astros, but a good example is the difference of seating prices. A good 15 dollar seat at Minute Maid would run about 30 at the ballpark.

bogeyed (is that the right spelling) the last hole to go to +1. Looking at the summary of each hole, if she could have sunk her putts she may have gone as much as -5.

I don't see the other one...maybe I'm just blind...but this topic is not meant to strike up any debates, just simple discussion about her play. Currently she's even going into the 17th hole. I, for one, am not surprised. This girl dominates the LPGA, there's no reason why she couldn't make cut on the men's tour.

if you can get alonzo morning to a small deal for maybe a couple mil a year, its a small gamble with possibly a big payout. If he can get healthy and stay healthy and even return to 70% of what he once was, I can guarantee you he'll have double the stats LaFrentz and Bradley put up every night.

I think now we're more on the same page with that being said IronMan. I think the only thing people need to understand is not that i don't think when i post, but exactly what you said, i don't take the time to carefully avoid how people perceive my posts. If i wanted attention, something like "A-Rod sucks, Astros could kick the Ranger's a$$es" would have certainly done the trick. Instead I make a quick knock on how the Astros are competing just for a giggle. I dont mean to be an Andy Kaufman where I'm the only one who finds these sorts of things funny either, but i think that goes with people taking my comments a little too seriously.

Sounds accurate. Otherwise you wouldn't post that the Astros are better than the Rangers for no reason, or that Metallica is the worst band ever for no reason. I know you will call me anal or something and then act like you are the victim of some unwarranted attack, but it is true. If you did not see A-Rod's play you don't have to post in the thread about an unrelated topic. If you do not like Metallica, you don't have to post that they are the worst band ever. You bring it on yourself, you are looking for threads like what this one has turned into (pointless bickering), because if you weren't you could very easily keep it from happening by moving on to the next thread.
well yeah, because most of you are too anal. I brought up the astros to maybe spark a little baseball discussion. Sure A-Rod's a good player, but it was a baseball thread, so god forbid I try and talk baseball. How come when anyone else attempts to bring a different point of view for debate its ok, but when i do it all I want is attention? And here you are bringing up Metallica again when its already been buried, and the person my post was directed to, got some humour out of it. Now who's the one sparking pointless bickering?
By the way, no one was bickering until Zeke decided to flaunt an attack on me once again.
I think I should kill the Duck name and come back in a few days, weeks, or maybe months under an entirely new identity. When i go to the football forum or any other and bring up different points of view, they'll be used for actual discussion, and not a flame parade on me. You watch, I can guarantee that'll be the case.

I think it was more Nelson bringing in Silas than it was Cuban. He's there totally on a consultant basis, and maybe a future assistant coach, but i seriously doubt they'd fire Nelly for a guy who could only manage a 5? spot with one of the most talented eastern conference team.
still amazed at how much of a 180 the Mavs pulled tonight. They could have scored 150 had they left the starters in tonight.

Here's the situation: AFLAC could have saw the thread, realized that he didn't care for Metallica and moved on to the next thread or reply that he didn't really care for them as much as he likes other bands. Instead he has to try and say something to get everyone up in arms.
Heres the situation: people like yourself try and monitor every little post i make and analyze so deeply to try and turn me into some kinda bad guy. i stated my opinion, and initialized what i thought would be a little bit of a discussion from a different point of view. sorry i cant conform to everyone else's liking on this board.
wanna know what the first four letters of analyze form? anal. so please, leave me be.

not the worst band ever, but i really do hate them. 3 reasons mainly.
1) people act as though they're god's gift to music. (we all know this is crap because god gave us Zeppelin long before)
2) they act as though they're god's gift to music.
3) they started the anti-file sharing trend.

That is what angered me too were the mexican fans. Look, unless you were born in Mexico, don't root against the US. I don't where your parents came from, i don't care how much mexican blood you have in you, born in the US = American, so root for the freakin US! The last thing I would is root for Ireland when the play the US.

Do you have a Justin Timberlake poster on your wall??
Justin Timberlake is far from my musical tastes, but he does have a lot of talent. His solo stuff is 100 times better than Nsync's stuff.
As for me I like much better rock like Hot Water Music, Rival Schools, The Living End, ...and you will know us by the trail of dead, ect.
