  1. While my "get on the record" prediction of 11-3 is still possible, it is hard to say probable with Rico out for the season. Now I see a serious challenge just to get bowl eligible. We need four more wins. MTSU, UTEP, and Rice need to be three of those wins. The other games are at USM (3-2, 1-0 beat UTEP), at Charlotte (2-3. 0-1 loss to FAU), at La Tech (4-1, 2-0 beat FIU and Rice), and regular season finale at home against UAB (3-1, 0-1, lost to WKU).  The next game is always the most important, and the game at USM could be that other win we need to get us back on track.

Conference USA does not look particularly strong this year,  and I think we are capable of sweeping conference games to finish regular season 9-3. The team that was on the field Saturday is just as likely to finish 5-7.

  2. Section 119, row 12

Bought from UNT ticket office, picked up before ACU game. Email said you can pick up this week or will call at Ford.

Interesting, section 122 is for SMU recent alumni. Guess those do not sell too well.

Visitor sections are 117 thru 120 plus 218 and 219. If I had to guess, the band might be in 117-118.

  3. When we played at Texas a few years ago, it was cost-prohibitive to take the band. The Texas band showed a lot of sportsmanship and class by playing "Glory to the Green" as part of the pregame set. I wish the GB would do that for visiting teams.

On the other side of the coin, we had our band ready to play the alma mater at SMU in 2017, and the SMU coordinator never give us time for that.
