To answer the question…. NO.
bowl games have even less meaning now with the expanded playoff.

But please Mr Mosley explain again to everyone why we should be giving money to this university when the university surely doesn't give a crap when they keep putting product like this out on the field.
And please anyone who doesn't agree that we should fire Morris give your logic. And please let's just don't use the generic or will he needs more time. He clearly is over his head at this level of football as a head coach.
Exactly! I’m not giving a dime or going to another game. Waste of time. Why should I care more than the staff/players/admin?
after 20 years of this bs I’m about done. Y’all can down vote all you want, but TCU is closer and the wife went there. At least they care.

Yep, too little, too late. This reeks of Morris trying to save his hide. We need a thorough house cleaning.
Exactly what I was thinking. He is finally feeling the heat, but it is too late. He should have made changes a year ago.
Morris needs to go too. It is his program and he let it get this bad. It is on him at this point.

Ever seen the parking around UT, A&M or OU? That's right, there isn't any. If you are going to a Cowboys' game and leave home an hour prior to game time, then good luck.
Didn’t say leave. Arrived an hour before kickoff.
I’m just sharing my experience and it wasn’t a good one. Take it or leave it. It is what it is.
should have plenty of parking after the utsa game 😆

Anybody the tries to arrive at a football game an hour before kickoff, especially one where the crowd is expected to be bigger, is an unaware fan and will certainly experience delays. UNT draws more than they used to.
I go to college games all over the country, and UNT is not different. The aware fan will arrive a couple of hours prior to kickoff for the better parking spots and ease of getting in. Those who wait until later and try to squeeze in just prior to kickoff get what they will get….delays. It doesn’t matter what stadium you go to.
I have also been to college, professional games all over the country. An hour has always been plenty of time.
Agian, at the average fan is not going to get to an event 2 hours before a game and then spend 4 hours at the event.the parking at UNT is horrible. Your are delusional if you think others wise.

For a sellout/highly attended game? Not enough time.
Maybe not, but has the product unt been putting out worth the extra hassle of parking and getting through the gate to the average fan?
To me, the average fan will say no thanks and find something else to do in Dfw.
Unt football is in entertainment business and there is a lot of competition in Dfw.
No one has to like the comment but it is true.

I think the timing of your arrival is an issue as well, but the main problem is that Denton should have redone Bonnie Brae when DATCU was being built.
Can you imagine Arlington waiting to redo the roads around Jerry World or the Rangers’ Barn ten years after those facilities opened. I think the parking plan we have in place is adequate provided the infrastructure they have to work with.
An hour before kickoff isn’t early enough? and I still missed the first quarter?
I’m not spending 6-7 hours at one events. With 2 hours of it parking.

Atmosphere is terrible. We don’t get pumped for 3rd or 4th downs.

ThI problem is there’s nothing that will “figure it out” until Bonnie Brae is done.
I’ll take parking over a pond 😀

DT was decent, but I wouldn’t put him in the same category as the other 2.

I must have edited mine as you were responding. 100% agree. An AAC championship also gives an opportunity to go the playoff. We’re a long way from there, but it’s a fun conversation to have.
I’m very glad we landed morris. I think Rogers could have been great too if he had stayed. Even better than fine.

Yep, but we don’t prevent anything 😀

I can’t take this defense. Our CB seems to be 5 yards off the receivers every play.

Not much, however why do you think firing a coach after 3 games makes any sense.
I am sure you can name a bunch of established coaches that would want to work at a school that fires a 2-1 coach in September.
3 games? We just going to ignore last season? 🤣

A very North Texas thing to do 😆. Time for UNT to realize it is a basketball school. Build a legit basketball arena and become an elite mid major.
