Officially going to be student teaching at Lake Dallas High School and Middle School next semester!

Thank you! Appreciate all of the love on my birthday! Unfortunately, life likes to throw curve balls at ya no matter what day it is. For those who don't know, my uncle has been in the hospital since monday and we found out some not good news today. So when you stop by to say happy birthday, shoot some good vibes/thoughts/prayers my families way as well. Again thanks!

So long story short, I had a conversation with the director of Manhattan Music, via email, over a mistake that I had made ordering the score to a piece by Ticheli. In the conversation, I ended up telling him that I was going to use the score for my education class. When I got the score, I found that the director had added a couple magazines with articles about Ticheli and the piece I need to conduct (Joy Revisited). Guess he figured out that my birthday was on friday or something haha.

Hehe thank you cowboys for making up for that Christmas eve disaster that I had to endure!

Puerto Rico voted in favor of statehood yesterday. I think that would be great for the people of the island, but I doubt that will actually become a reality... At least for now.
