It's labor day weekend, everyone's gone home. They had gas for that lol
That said, once the crowd filled in it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be

I think they pick up on the side parking lot off 35? Not 100% sure
Probably the same people who decided that those who park at fouts are prohibited from going south bound on both North Texas Blvd and Bonnie Brae. Spent 15 minutes driving in circles trying to get on the highway. Genius. Word to the wise, putting a detour sign after the detour side street doesn't count.
But hey, we won, so woohoo!

I realize it's easy to pile on the green brigade, but yes, the talent there is under utilized. Our song selection most of the time is basic or mild compared to big time programs. Or when the opponent calls a time out before going for it on 4th down they play something that is "nice" and doesn't keep people's energy hyped. That said, the Drum Corp needs to play more, a lot more!

Stop passing out pom poms. They don't make noise and they put something into people's hands that keep them from clapping. Remember those inflatable banger sticks? Those made noise! Pass out mean green clickers? Do something that's noisy
Then on a personal note, order the band to stop making a crow noise during the fight song. THAT would make my gameday experience better ;)

That site, and the current administration, teaches the formation of the claw incorrectly.
Well, these are the same type of people that think an eagle caws

I knew before I read the article he put Derek Thompson on there. He likes to stir the mgn pot lol
Look, I'd buy Thompson a beer if I saw him in a bar for what he did but I wouldn't put him top 5

Fran should have been hired last time (IMO)
Ain't that the truth. Funny thing is that I remember when the final 3 names came out, most people had Fran as their #1 and EVERYONE had Benford as their #3

A (meaning one) win. Whoopeedoo!

C'mon guys, remember Varsity Blues? Let the players coach themselves. That's the best option! Can't be any worse. Shoot, it may not look any different from what we've been watching

Yeah, the Andrew Smith inclusion doesn't make sense. He had some good moments that bowl winning season but the bowl itself belonged to that defense

Can we add kick returner to the list? Haven't looked over the stats but it seemed we under performed every game. Maybe I just miss chancellor lol

There was some kind of scuffle in the endzone seats (near front row maybe), saw security rush in. Think it was in overtime?
Really bothered me how many mean green males did not get out of their seats on the train for the elderly, or ladies.
Other than that had a great time, future is bright

I'm in the same boat, just need one. Only option I saw was box office before game.

No one seems to be counting the fans that the HOD Bowl people (and Emmitt) have worked especially hard in getting 1'st Responders all over the DFW Metroplex involved with this bowl game. I'm going to guess they all have kids they will bring to this game, too.
? ? ? ? My Question Is........ why do several ticket outlets keep showing only 2 sections ie, 32 and 35 in the lower bowl as the only sections available for the purchase of tickets?
If we have good day of game walk up ticket sales we will have a good crowd. As many of you know anytime North Texas has ever had a great crowd depended on the day of game walk up customers. We know we are not an "advance purchase" fan base & especially for a 94,000 seat Cotton Bowl stadium.
Yep, that's what I'm seeing on some sites, nothing on stub hub, nothing on ticket master, the hod online sales are closed. Just now got clearance to go but I don't want to spend $75. Not a lot of options out there. Guess I can just show up and buy a ticket at the box office tomorrow

Next year they'll raffle the same golf cart off and a cheerleader will win it again, raffle it off the following year, etc.
Hey if the plinko can be rigged, why not?
I kid, I kid

Wish we had a serious post game radio show. By the time we got back to the car - 8:19 p.m. - KNTU was already playing jazz again.
Is is this something can be changed by the new athletic department people? Would love to have interviews with multiple players and coaches like many other schools' post game broadcasts do. We get one player, the head coach, a small wrap up, then back to jazz.
Happened to me too. Seems they could also add a call in portion for fans to discuss topics. FC Dallas added a post game show last year with call ins from fans and it's a really good listen for the drive home. If they can do it so can we.

Does it say which game it's from? Maybe imagine Dunbar carried it for a touchdown run?
