A change definitely needs to be made. That is the truth. Just wonder how many options there would be at this point? A full fledged search I imagine would not begin until the season was complete.

None of you have ever coached or played at a higher level. This is a family and the players (most of them) respect the coaching staff and want succeed for them. That's just how it works. There are always players who do not have this view (see Chris Jones or Deandre Harris), but most of them on any team have their coaches back. It's family. We always break huddle and end practice on family.
This makes sense as much as many of us want a change now. There will be some good candidates available at the end of the year. I trust the new AD will make the right call.

I look forward to seeing this dual of sabers at dawn. I haven't seen such excitement in the fan base in some time.

MGB: Sunday night recruiting tidbit
in Mean Green Football

It is concerning we cant seem to find a coach that can recruit here less Dodge. He had trouble coaching on the field talent. It would be nice to be able to find a coach that could do both. It is obviously difficult to recruit here with the number of division one teams in our state, but is it impossible? I say no! It is clearly harder that any one of us would like to admit, though.
