Just wanted to stop by and say congratulations on your big win last night over Ball St. I got to watch parts of it and was happy y'all played so well and won. I hope the Mean Green keep the positive mo going the rest of the year and have a great season.

I think it should be a good matchup b/t the Lady Eagles & Lady Bears. Going up against high school football might thin out the crowd a bit, but it is still always a good atmosphere in the Ferrell Center for the Lady Bears since Coach Kim took over. Hope some UNT fans make the trip down.

I'm watching on the deuce (ESPN2)hoping you guys can pull out the win and keep your impressive conf. win streak alive. They're interviewing Baylor alum Hayden Fry right now. The Mean Green has got to get some turnovers and turn them into points.

Baylor's green helmets came about b/c the players asked for them. They were ready to go last season but were never used. They were used for the 1st time in our only home game this year, and caused quite a stir among the BU faithful. The story is that the gold ones have paint flaking issues and were sent back to the manufacturer to be fixed. We were supposed to have them back for the A&M game, but now should have them for our next game at Iowa St. The green ones are supposed to be used only a couple of games per season with the gold as the main helmet. In a poll on baylorfans 2/3rds prefer the gold helmets. Yes, we lost to A&M but outplayed them. Couldn't score when we got inside the 20. Most BU fans are confident we can beat ISU this week and Ok St the last week, and hope we can find another win in between to get to 6-5 and bowl eligible.

Hey, we made it to Omaha didn't we? We lost to Texas our 1st game (Omaha is like their 2nd home) after going 4-0 against them this year. We hopefully will win today against Oregon St. , game starts in a few minutes on ESPN. Gotta go watch it, see ya! Sic'em Bears!
