The Stanford coaches describe what they look for in LB's, OL guys, CB's QB's, and DL guys. the staff reviews qualities in a player the staff looks for in a prospective player. The article provides a good perspective about recruiting football players. I can see the same blueprint with the way Coach Mac and his staff recruit football players. I do not worry about how Coach Mac and his staff handles recruiting. The staff are better judges of talented football players that can play in the North Texas offensive and defensive systems. The current 2014 class of commitments are outstanding players that fit right into Coach Mac's style of football!
