    DALLAS — Defensive end Cedric Reed, one of four Texas players who reportedly had dinner with an agent last spring, said Tuesday he’s no longer being investigated and expects to play in the Longhorns’ season opener against North Texas. “I’m cleared,” Reed said at Big 12 media days at the Omni Dallas Hotel.
