"It wasn't a situation where I asked her to leave and come with me," Mitchell said. "I was surprised. She had actually done a good job. If anybody knows Nekia, they know she's a crowd favorite wherever she plays. I was pretty shocked. "I think it's just a relationship. There's a mutual trust," Mitchell said.
