The heart of dallas bowl's ticket selector shows sections 19 through 28 on the UNT side unavailable - and those sections account for approximately 15k tickets. Mid-week, UNT also appears to have acquired another ticket block on the upper deck with about 2-3k seats. I don't think they would have taken another block up top if the lowers were still open. Maybe the band/football families/friends/etc/student tickets account for 5k?

Agreed 100% . Great year - next should be even better!

Are we still in the running to break out attendance record? What's the magic number for Saturday to do this?
-
I wonder how big of a crowd is there?
-
So is this game at 2 PM like ESPN says, or later?
-
I'd say 15k , not terrible
-
Are these 5A schools?
-
I've missed the last two , but I'll be there this time . I'm going with 20k
-
I think the crazy wind is definitely hurting.

working fine for me ... I have both MG feed and ESPN3 feed going . You probably don't have enough or consistent enough internet bandwidth.
-
Attendance looks really light .. probably 10k-15k .. but there is nasty rain just west of the stadium, texas/ou, rangers, etc.
-
There are some really heavy bands of rain just a few miles west of the stadium .. The are moving really slowly , however .. but it looks like the game might get a little wet towards the end!

too late ! thanks !

He'd have no problem finding another job that pays highly. Texas H.S. head coaches can make more than 100,000/year. With this SLC experience and record, He'd have to be on top. Don't feel too bad.

I don't mind seeing Riley at QB. And i certainly don't want to lose him like others may suggest. But, i don't think he should have been playing this year. At least, after the first 4 or 5 games i felt that way. I feel sorry for Meager who got benched for doing a lot less. Tune seemed to be a much better passer to compliment dunbar's ability. Sadly, we didn't have a qb this year who go connect over 20 yards.
Riley's got talent, but for his second year at north texas (I know only one really playing), his arm is just not strong enough. Any ball thrown more than 10-15 yards is either off the mark or up for anyone to go get. After 2 years at the college level, shouldn't his arm be sufficiently strong to throw a 20 yard pass and hit a receiver? Lets use his talent and put him somewhere else on the field. If its not strong now, its not going to get better imo. He just doesn't have that type of arm.

This is the time to make the change ... T.D. has had 3 years.
I'd also like to see Riley as a receiver instead of QB...

lol. Well UNT is a large university... 30,000+ enrollment last time I heard.

They say that the largest attendance at fouts was 20K?
didn't we have like 29-30k at that Baylor game?
-
'If nothing else, the expected sellout at Fouts on Saturday '
Are all the reserved seats sold? You guys think there will be more people than the Baylor game at home a few years back?
-
Agreed! He seems Way better!!
-
Thats awesome! He's going to have a real contracted spot on the team now, right? I wonder what his salary will be?
