The Cajuns have already taken steps to discontinue all athletic competition with Tech. Any scheduled game that doesnt have a signed conract has officially been cancelled. Tech will come to Lafayette for baseball, but we will not return the game. UL will honor the contract to play in softball in 2009. I-bowl basically signed its death warrant yesterday. Louisiana floats a 400K loan to keep that game afloat. The guy in charge of doling out that money is a UL graduate. He wont be as eager to bail the I-bowl out in 2009. All the best, K

Incorrect. Minus a stupid turnover for a touchdown, the Cajuns beat Illinois. About the USM game, you don't think that their might have been just a few other factors playing into that game. Think about it.

Why not ULA?

Blowout wins against NCA&T and E. Michigan, the latter being a 1A that is as strong as FIU, NT, and ULM. Also, the Houston game was no anomoly. We beat the p*ss out of them in the second half. We were better coached, and better conditioned. Every team has a bad week, ours was against FAU. Schnelly knows how to game plan for us. His only win was against us last year. Troy at their place scares us. MT and stAte certainly scare us too, but they are home games for us. Shame on us if we dont win those 2. Good luck this weekend. k
