    Positives:

I take up a wide berth, so it will be hard for the defenders to get around me to the QB.

    Negatives:

I won't win any 40 yard dashes in the near future.

Played in one GMG Bowl a few years ago...I think I have finally recovered enough to return!

    Prediction:

I'll pull a hamstring but find a way to play through it.

  2. When I played way back in high school - Homecoming was always a tough one because of so much going on. That being said - the team will be uplifted by the thought of the new stadium, the students will be drunk with pre-homecoming festivity joy, and the Denton community will turn out to see what the fuss is about...

    Attendance: 22,222

  3. I don't what kept me there till the fourth, but once they scored 42, I was done.

I did happen to see the Stadium Video this time, which I missed the first time, though they didn't anounce it this time either.

Actually - they did annouce it. It was about the only thing done right tonight.

  4. Yes, it may indeed hurt bad - or - one could say this will give someone else the opportunity to rise and shine! Back in our run of 4 New Orleans Bowls, optimism (some would say cockiness) ruled the day - might not be bad to at least look at the "silver lining" sometimes...especially since not a game has been lost on this news yet!

  5. I have been on here a couple years, and I believe people like Adler bring a lot to this board. I think it is natural for ardent supporters of this board, many will see Athletics as #1 (or near the top) and focus their consternations there. However, let me be one to say that I am in this for the long haul, and 30 years from now, we might not have that new stadium (though I hope not), but I will still be proud of all that UNT has done for me (my best friends, two degrees, and a feeling of being a part of something great) and not focus on some negatives.
