  1. I was just setting up my PIM to track when and where I must be to conform to the UNT calendar and I found some unusual matches. I uderstand the difficulty in doing a schedule, I've done my share, so please don't think I am complaining. 10/5 Parents day ---- Soccer chicks in Denver & Wy 11/02 Homecoming ----- Soccer chicks in Mobile for SBC tourney Labor day and MLK are the only 'day' holidays. I think those two are great, but why not others? I certainly would take Vets day over Labor day, if we can only have two, but why not add one and do President's day? I am second to none in my respect for Dr. King, I met him once, but there were other great Americans who are honored as well. Okay I might be complaining about the choice of 'days' to celebrate. Just a few thoughts as I put together my own schedule.
  2. I saw the explaination of the icons, but I don't seem to be able to get them to work in the same session. I have looked at each entry and still have the 'hot' icon. I know that I can mark a whole folder as read, but can I mark a whole thread read?
  3. I'm still feeling my way around this new system, tyring to see how to set it up so that it is as easy to use as the last board. How do I get the topic to show that I've already read all the posts in that topic, or that I don't want to read any of the current posts. I don't want the topic to go away, something might be posted that I want to read. The icon that is supposed to show new posts remains after I've read and closed the topic, why does it stay like that and what do I have to do to make it change?
  4. One of the interesting things to me about the old board was the range of topics. I generally don't follow basketball for example but many of the rabbit trails generated by a post were very interesting and informative. I'm not sure have seperate folders is a good plan.
