Its absolutely amazing how we manhandled Texas Tech on the offensive/defensive line. Just from watching that clip, absolutely stunning.

We opened a brand new football palace and only managed the 3rd largest crowd in UNT history. How does that happen?
You do realize we are something like 6-48 over the past few yrs right? The crowd tonight is quite a feat in my book. It will only get better, and we will learn to demand more.
I don't know of many programs that would have put up that attendance mark if they had our record over the past few yrs.

This is going to be a very very nice legitimate college football stadium. I see no problem drawing Big 12 teams at home now.
Also, the perspective is off. It will look right on Monday.

Leach is busy with his lawsuit, so he doesn't have time for football.
Tommy Tuberville matched Leach's 8-win per season average. They'll get better because Tuberville will eventually mold the defense into a force the way most consistent big winners do.
More impressive to me, overall, is that Texas Tech just rang up their 16th consecutive winning season.

Ahh I can't wait to see tech fall back into mediocrity. I don't get their fans, they have won 1 conference championship and tied for a conf championship in 50 yrs .. FIFTY YEARS!!! You heard it, 2 conference championships in 50 yrs and they still think their shit doesn't stink.

I was listening earlier to the SMU radio broadcast and it was almost embarrassing. One broadcaster is decent (guy from the Ticket), while the other guy sounds like he should be broadcasting High School football.
I don't think we realize how lucky we are to have George and Hank, I would put them up against anyone. The football broadcasts are top notch.

and Gerald Myers has been rumored to retire for years now he is well past retirement age, Tech's facilities have gone through a massive transformation under him, he has been there over 20 years as a university employee and he and he alone decided it was time to move on

After today's showing Coach Canales should be our head coach next yr. This was not a bad Kansas State team today, and we ran up and down the field on them.
DOES MCCARNEY HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? I will support Coach Canales until an official decision has been made.
