DENTON, Texas – Conference USA announced today that three more North Texas football games will be televised for the upcoming season bringing, the total of TV games to eight for the 2013 season. Additionally five more game times for the 2013 season have been released.
North Texas has games scheduled to be shown on Fox Sports, Fox Sports 1, Fox College Sports, CBS Sports, CSS and Time Warner Texas this season.
The October 5 game at Tulane will be shown on Fox College Sports at 2:30 p.m. North Texas at Southern Miss on October 26 will also be shown on Fox College Sports at 6 p.m., and the November 23 game at home against UTSA will be shown on the Time Warner Texas channel at 2:30 p.m.
Fox Sports has announced that the North Texas game with Ball State will be shown Fox Sports Net and game time is at 3:00 p.m. The Halloween showdown with Rice will be seen on Fox Sports 1 and kickoff will be at 6:30 p.m. Homecoming for the Mean Green is on November 9 against UTEP and will be shown on CSS and Time Warner Texas starting at 2:30 p.m.
FOX Sports 1 is FOX’s new nations sports cable network launching this August and will carry a minimum of 10 regular-season C-USA football games.
North Texas begins its first season in C-USA in 2013 and opens the regular season at home on August 31 against Idaho.
