It has appeared that NT has not been looking for JC transfers but this latest offer shows the above JC Garrett is OT, and a soph at Trinity Valley CC, 6-8, 285, 2* other offers show Louisiana and Texas San Antonio.

It is my understanding that Buyers signed with air Force 2011, then transferred to UNT. HE's not on the current roster...could be he tranferred to NT then graduated?

Sneed was arrested Dec. 23rd this year for armed robbery, that probably explains why he's not going to school. He was released shortly after, maybe the kid can go the JUCO route and make some changes, but armed robbery is pretty horrible.

1. I can believe that Kaydon Kirby OC from Flower Mound has committed to UNT if it has been reported in the Lewisville FM section of the DMN.

2. WR Javonte Sneed , Seffner Fl Armwood had an offer from NT buthe committed to Southern Alabama. now I have found where he has decommitted from Southern Alabama per http://247sports.com/Player/Javonte-Sneed-13740.

What I haven't been able to locate where Smeed wound up (2012)....is it possible NT has him? or a link to another school?

A lot of NT's feeling about SMU date back to SMU preventig NT from joing CUSA...to the extent the SMU President lobbied other CUSA presidents to kill a move for NT to move into CUSA.

Ah yes, time for some ancient UTA Urban Legends.

I see this story every time we play UTA. It hasn't happened in years and I would hope it never happens anywhere including UTA. If it does it should be grounds for immediate expulsion from the arena.

You will continue to see this come everytime we play UTA it left such events occuring with the permission of police, etc. An image that remains in me forever. I left out the insults hurled at the NT bus black drivers.

Besides, NCAA rules prohibit artificial noise makers. We had a ref stop play at the Super Pit one game because someone was banging a ring they were wearing on their hand on the guardrail.

The orchestra pit is still there, the concrete walls are still within a couple of steps from the sidlines.

I've never been to a game at Texas Hall. I'll definitely be there and experience it. And no better way to watch my team playing. Hope we can get this game.

It is a very dangerous place to play BB. on the side of the court facing the auditorium seats is an orchestra just a few steps from the BB court pitt that players could fall into, and at the both ends of the BB court within a couple of steps you hit a solid wall.

Fans could lean over a railing and hold something over the heads of the visiting players sitting just in front of the of the visitor team...take a tire tool and use it to beat a metal garbage lid over just overhead of the visitor teams bench. Try a dead chicken.

I RECOMMEND NT FANS ARRIVE EARLY FOR THE GAME (AT LEAST 30 MINUTES...TO FILL THE SEATS BEHIND THE NT BENCH.

Does anyone know if the new arena at UTA is complete and will be where the BB game with Nt on Tuesday Nov 22 will be played or will it still be played on the stage at their auditorium?

I believe I've seen somewhere on this board it will start at 7:00 PM.
