There is one on the tollway near the Galleria and the same image I've spotted on the video billboard at 35/Swisher. Good looking Billboard. Attention getting at a time when we have everyone's attention

His junior year in high school was so astonishing to watch! His numbers were through the roof! I believe what Mason is about to do this year will be talked about for many years to come! Your thoughts?
By the way I’m from Peggs where Mason grew up and have been astonished year to year by the young man!
Do you think he will put up numbers this that will crush records or will it be his senior year?
Sometimes I see Peggs, sometimes I see Locust Grove. Help out a confused fan?

If you look at our overall university donations I would assume they are in the same place. For many many many years, no one has really given an S about UNT. I have family that went to UNT that don't ever speak of UNT unless I bring it up. I have friends who transferred into UNT from P5 schools that they attended for 1 year and still don't consider them selves a UNT mean green. It's the culture of the university, I don't know that it's specifically a problem within the AD. We are turning around the AD side of things.
This is very true. How many of you:
- Have friends and family that are certain you are the biggest Mean Green fan EVER
-
Find it as almost a novelty that you follow the team
- "You have season tickets?!"
- "You go to Every game??!"
- Ask you about the team with almost a smirk on their face

So now does this have to go to Austin to get approved? I can remember after the Apogee vote this happened and Rick Perry changed the wording of it.

When should we expect to know the result of the vote?
Being done electronically it would strike me that it shouldn't take too long....
I believe voting is open through Thursday.

I can't prove otherwise, but I swear I saw that number once because I wondered if my priority points weren't cutting the mustard and inquired.
Nonetheless, I agree that $3,000 is a helluva jump.3 hours ago, Cerebus said:Min for black lot was $2500.
I talked to Conner with the MGSF. Everybody is right. Yes, minimum was $2500 - but they then filled the black lot remaining empty spaces with the remaining fans per priority points.
So, no - I didn't pay $2500, but I did have a black pass due to priority points. I hope my bball tickets help me get there this year.

I always got red/blue with my club seats. I believe the black lot was something along the lines of $1,000 or $2,000 (I don't recall the exact amount), so it looks like they raised the minimum for that.
I anticipate the red/blue lot is going to be considerably more crowded next year as former black lot space holders and the general public trickle in. I'm gonna have to make effort to show up early so as to avoid the shithouse that is entry on Bonnie Brae. Either that, or I'll decide to have a little verbal sparring fun with yellowjackets at the North Texas Blvd entry who don't seem to understand that red and blue parking passes are exactly the same thing. No, it wasn't $1,000 or $2,000 - they just went on priority points. So now I have been downgraded on my parking. I would be willing to spend more I think, but the jump to $3000 is severe.

Anybody get an interpretation on the new parking? I have always gotten a black lot parking pass with my Club Seats. Is this going away?
Spaces in the reserved parking lot for football games will be available starting with a $3,000 Mean Green Scholarship Fund donation. Blue lot spots will be available for a $300 donation. Single-game passes to the Blue lot will be available for purchase to the general public.

Done. This should be a big effort on this board.

15. New Orleans Bowl -- Troy vs. North Texas -- Dec. 16, 1 p.m.: Remember when Troy beat LSU earlier this season? Seems like a long time ago. Anyway, the Trojans and a surprising North Texas team should provide an entertaining game on the first day of bowl season.

Glad for Mr. Fortenberry. Sad for my alma mater Alvord Bulldogs.

After further review - I suppose this could be the same pre and post we always have gotten on KNTU. I was hoping for a great call-in show.

Any thoughts on this:
TuneIn Radio UNT Channel
Beginning this fall, North Texas athletics will have its own station on the free live-streaming app, TuneIn Radio. UNT Athletics and its multimedia rights holder, Learfield’s Mean Green Sports Properties, have entered into a multi-year partnership with TuneIn.
TuneIn will offer a dedicated UNT station for live Mean Green football and men’s basketball games, select women’s basketball games, pre- and post-game shows, coaches’ shows and archived game replays. To listen, download and open the TuneIn app (available for iOS and Android devices), then search for North Texas.
North Texas broadcasts are also available on TuneIn Radio via KNTU 88.1 FM and KHYI 95.3 FM.

The other day I was watching a video on FB about Freshman Orientation. The Freshman were in the Super Pit. From the angle of the camera you could see the backdrop or the wall behind the upper section. It looked to me that a section had been either painted or covered with a whitish or gray material. Don't know if they were in the process of changing out that awful looking darkish brown (or whatever color that is) but I will say it made all the difference in the world. Made it look bright! If that is indeed what they are doing the Super Pit will not look dank and dark next year. In fact, it will take on a whole new personality. We will feel like we are in a totally different arena. Hope that's what's happening.
It does look better

Somebody tell me how to get this going through my Roku 1. There is apparently no twitter app for Roku, but there appear to be some workarounds.

This is only a good solution if the G5 playoff works as a play-in to the College Football Playoff.
They would play the one seed with most years getting pummled. But every 10-20 years - something special would happen and you would be able to capture what is so captivating with the NCAA BBall Tourney.

North Texas continued to stand toe-to-toe with Marshall during the second half. That's like the side of beef beating up Rocky. Yet, that's what happened.
In review:
North Texas: Side of Beef
Marshall: Rocky Balboa
This is what the last decade has gotten us.
