[1957 NTSU decal]

I really like the image of the REAL AND ORIGINAL SCRAPPY, however this could not be a 1957 decal. The reason for that is because SCRAPPY has NTSU on his sweater. We were not NTSU until 1961. If it were a 1957 decal SCRAPPY's sweater should say NTSC.BTW, I would really like to have this image. How can I acquire it? Bill (SilverEagle) Covert
