Way to show up for a big game yall. I cant wait for the current crop of students to buy all your seats and fill up the stadium. The worst part of this game is that you have your ready-made excuse for your absence. I wont show up until we get a consistent. Oh shut the hell up.

That was a killer play... and the defense looked defeated/deflated when they went on the field to defend a First and Goal from the 2 yard line.

It was a nice hard hit by La Tech, but this team isn't good enough to overcome turnovers. We need to win the turnover battle every game.

      St. Johns is one of the great sleeping giant jobs in the nation. They have a fantastic basketball history (they haven't been that great for the last generation or so, but the Johnies do have a helluva tradition) going back about 80 years and they play in NYC at MSG.

      Recent Past With all the excitement over Tylor Perry we quickly forgot about the best player from our recent past. The stats and awards bear it out. In my mind the answer is Javion Hamlet. No other player has accomplished what he has. https://meangreensports.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/javion-hamlet/4731 Imagine what he would have accomplished if the 2020 NCAA Tournament had not been cancelled. We won the Conference in 2020 and arguably that was the best team we have ever had.

      Judge orders Florida State, ACC to mediation to settle suit

      A majority of schools could just vote to dissolve the ACC. There would be a court fight, but eventually schools that want out will be released with some greatly reduced financial penalty. It's like a divorce, you can't keep someone in an unhappy relationship, even with a contract. It will happen probably before the end of next year at the pace things are moving.

      Judge orders Florida State, ACC to mediation to settle suit

      The ACC has a media rights deal that runs through 2036 with massive financial penalties to leave. ACC schools make more money per school than the Big 12. The PAC had no media deal and zero financial penalty to leave the conference. The two situations couldn't be more different. ACC schools do not want to associate themselves with the likes of WVU, Cincy, UCF, Texas Tech, OK State and the other Truck Stoppers.
