UTEP/TECH game

Nearing the end of the half and utep does not look like last years team. Showers looks to be a very special QB for them. If he stays healthy I expect them to win a few games in conference. They will give us a better game than we are expecting. I hope we are prepared.

I also get the feeling that if Showers gets hurt... They will play like last year again.

But here's to hoping they pull out a W against Tech. Kudos to them for getting tech at home.

Tech banked on this experienced QB, Webb, once he got healthy instead of the kid who eventually transferred to OU, Mayfield, who played so well for them the first half of last season.

Not sold on Kliff Kingsbury at this point. If they are struggling out of the gate versus Central Arkansas and UTEP, it doesn't really bode well for them when conference play begins.

other than Oklahoma, Baylor and possibly OSU...early on...the B12 looking very pedestrian...

UTEP's unis were awful...

Not sure what's worse...goofy horn stripe on your pants or goofy horn stripe on your helmet?
