I'm going to guess Texhoma. While it may be tiny, it is a good little community.

Last I heard they had no police department on the Texas side, only a few deputies for the county. There was a bill in the late 90s to allow the Texhoma, OK police department enforce Texas laws on the Texas side, but I have no idea if it passed.

Hmm, I wasn't aware of that. I'll have to ask my in-laws who live in Guymon, OK. They got some ties to Texhoma through their work. I know we always see Troopers up that way and I've seen Texhoma police but not sure if its OK or TX.
