I'd watch the hell out of biathlon if they televised it here. What a great sport. Nothing is ever settled till the final shooting range.

I've never been into it before, but I am now. Very entertaining. I think we would compete better if they shot a 30-06 or a .50 cal on the range.

Did anyone watch the side by side snowboard races? There was one dude who was born in America, but married a Russian, and gained Russian citizenship just so he could compete. Literally, everytime he or his wife went through the course, they mentioned him being born in Washington, but competing for Russia.

Yes, they also had to "Aledo High School" themselves their speed skating championship from S. Korea also.

Many countries do that now. Or rather, a lot of athletes do it so they have a better chance to make an Olympic team.
