Does anyone remember a player named Donald White? His son Destri signed with Rice -- wonder if we offered?

Yes his dad went by D White and was a lineman. He still comes to a lot of the games and hangs with the Lo Washington, Cromer, Laymonde Lee crew.

Don't know if we offered but the kid is really bright. Graduated around number 3 in his class and had offers to Ivy League schools as well as Rice and his sights set there.
