Road Trip to El Paso

Anybody have advice on making this trip. Have to go to a bowling Tourney on October 11th. Anybody know of any Speed Traps along I-20/I-10 or will be ok to step on the gas get there.

Be careful around Van Horn. Other than that follow the trucks.

Good advice, El Paso Eagle. My second most recent speeding ticket was near there between Van Horn and Midland. The officer led me into town on a Sunday directly to the courthouse. The judge was there and asked me how much cash I had. When I checked and only had $33.80, he said, "That's the amount of your fine."

Cool, thanks for the advice. I figure the speed limit is 70 or 75 all the way depending on the county population, but follwing behind the big rigs should be the safest route.

Always lie when someone in authority asks how much money you have.

As years go by, that "note" should also apply to spouses, children, and other misc. relatives.

There is a stretch of about 100 miles with only one gas station and they jack up the prices because of it. Make sure you fill up when it says Last gas for the next 80 mioles or whatever!
