"Thompson accounted for 346 yards of total offense and two touchdowns, leading North Texas from an 18-point deficit to a 34-27 win over Ball State. Thompson tied a career high with 47 pass attempts, completing 31 of those for 274 yards with no interceptions. He also ran for 72 yards, including a 26-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter to put North Texas in the lead for good. That game-winning TD run was also the longest rush of his career."

Congratulations DT. Much deserved.

On a side note, another Mean Green player received C-USA honors this week. Rachel Holden was named C-USA Player of the Week for the second time this season. Holden got her second hat trick of the year in UNT's 5-0 drubbing of OU in Norman.

Once again, congratulations to both our players. GMG.

Great recognition for DT on another excellent game.

I was expecting to see a sweep this week for NT with Lairamie Lee getting defensive POW. Without his performance, we wouldn't have won that game.

Lee got his POW's during the game, the sound of him knocking the crap out of Ball State!

Congrats to DT!
