Ballz State, we roast Balls here.

It going to be warm and I like my balls roasted, baked, or broiled. Well my sausage balls that is.

I figure as Harry would say "Winning Cures All", we have an opportunity for an nice win, and I think Ball State will be roasting in the Texas sun come Saturday.

The weather is calling for clear and the temp will be around 95° at game time.

Tailgating begins around 10:00am for those that would like to stop by, we are just starting to put together our menus for the Saturday. I am not sure other than my Meatballs what we will have yet.

What is on your menu?

Ugh. I'm not gonna forget this time when I swing by ya'lls tailgate to try these out as I did two weeks ago! Tony's balls, here I come!

I got my menu down for those stopping by.

Sausage stuffing balls (We grind the pork ourselves and roasted in the morning)

Brats (I soak in beer overnight)

My slow smoked baby back ribs (Smoked with a combo of oak, apple and pecan)

John is featuring his:

Tequila Chicken

Homemade Chocolate Chip cookies

Do you beat your balls? Or do you think it is better to just move them around with your hands?

You know I use the tongs, but fingers can do a good job also.

I have heard the best way to savor them is to roll your balls in our mouth.
