I hope it's Gaines.

Vaughns is probably the most polished player

Voss might be the most athletic & I hope we see him on the football field next season. I can see him as our leading rebounder

Not listed , but Taylor will probably have most impact out of all the new faces

Agreed on that, so I went with "new" Benford signees... Personally I think Taylor would win this poll hands down if he was in it. Really can't wait to see that kid play...

How about a poll on which current player will be shown the door to bring in someone before the fall? I would bet Coleman. With 6 big men signed for this year, he might be gone.

I'd go with Alzee. Normally you don't think a coach would be sorry enough to run off a senior... But I could see it.

      St. Johns is one of the great sleeping giant jobs in the nation. They have a fantastic basketball history (they haven't been that great for the last generation or so, but the Johnies do have a helluva tradition) going back about 80 years and they play in NYC at MSG.

      Recent Past With all the excitement over Tylor Perry we quickly forgot about the best player from our recent past. The stats and awards bear it out. In my mind the answer is Javion Hamlet. No other player has accomplished what he has. https://meangreensports.com/sports/mens-basketball/roster/javion-hamlet/4731 Imagine what he would have accomplished if the 2020 NCAA Tournament had not been cancelled. We won the Conference in 2020 and arguably that was the best team we have ever had.

      Judge orders Florida State, ACC to mediation to settle suit

      A majority of schools could just vote to dissolve the ACC. There would be a court fight, but eventually schools that want out will be released with some greatly reduced financial penalty. It's like a divorce, you can't keep someone in an unhappy relationship, even with a contract. It will happen probably before the end of next year at the pace things are moving.
