Interesting that we get two byes - I'm guessing that La. Tech didn't want us playing the same time as their game against Army in Dallas. Two byes is probably good though.

The biggest downer is only one home game in October, and that is against MT. The opposite side of that coin, however, is being able to go to Louisiana games in October.

Why aren't we playing Tulsa?

We are - on November 30. That got dropped from one of the previous posts.

I like how 3 of the last 4 games are VERY winnable

Perhaps 4 of last 5 if you include Southern Mississippi.

Tulsa on the road for Thanksgiving weekend. Yet another reason we should have good home attendance numbers...no home Thanksgiving game.

Like that Tulsa game on Thanksgiving weekend. We complain so much about Thanksgiving weekend home games. Now, according to us, our attendance average will not be sacrificed because no one wants to watch football on Thanksgiving weekend.

I love that 3 games in November are at home...that usually makes for some sweet tailgate weather. The August game will be a sweat mess but we'll be too excited about football to notice

Best schedule that we've had in awhile. Nice to have the bye after Georgia, not so nice that Ohio and Ball are on the up cycle. We have a good chance to go into that Tulsa game with positive momentum.
