Men are doing a great job - our #5 player is keeping us in it. Remember the bigger picture - that the top 5 teams move on to the NCAA Championships next week. But I will take a Regional Championship any day of the week.

we've got 4 more holes to play among our top 4 than the Bruins at this point.

Ty's hit a bit of a rough patch. He's gone bogey par bogey par bogey par bogey on his last seven holes.

edit: now to 9 back. Roats double on his final hole of round leaves us with no one under par. Its gonna be a real dog fight to remain top 5.

Holes 1-9 do appear to be eating everyone's lunches, just look at Memphis for instance. Not a good finish for the guys but still in 3rd.

We are in a 3-way tie for forth. Seems like Clemson and A $ M got into the mix at the last. Will they have a playoff for the 4th and 5th positions? Or will they let all three teams play in the final round? After tomorrow's final round, will the top three teams go to the Nationals?

Tief for 4th after the first day. NT is right in this! except for ICLA noone is far ahead and there is NT and 5 to 8 other teams battling out the remaining 4 spots! National final is still a very real possibility.

And just to add for those interested: TCU leads their regional by 8 shots after day 1 and SMU and theri star coach are second in theirs 5 ahead of 6th place... would be nice to keep up with the jonses.
