Hey guys, I bought a men's watch from a guy during the football season. He had some ladies watches with green bands. My wife has decided that she wants one after seeing it on someone at a b-ball game. Any ideas who the guy was, or how to get one??

Thanks, I am pleased that you guys are enjoying the watches. That's why I did this.

There is a small quantity still available of both the men's and lady's watches.

The Stainless Steel Men's Watches are $20.00 each.

The Green Silicone Band Lady's Watches are $12.00 each.

I plan on bringing the remaining inventory to the Saturday January 21st men's and women's basketball doubleheader against Denver, and to the tailgate party outside the Super Pit if there is one that day.

If you want to reserve one please respond in this thread signifying which style and quantity required. The remainder will be sold that evening on a first come - first served basis.

I still love my watch and I'll probably pay to get it fixed.... but be careful with the cheapo plastic lens. Standing in line to fill my beer at a party over the weekend I sarcastically tapped the lens of my watch to insinuate the man at the keg was taken too long... look down and it had cracked in half.

I will be at the tailgate party for today's basketball games. I have reserved watches for the people that have replied to this thread and for those have sent me a personal message. The remaining watches, both mens and womens, will be sold on a first come - first served basis.

I also plan on sitting directly behind the North Texas bench for the Men's basketball game and will be wearing a distinctive long sleeve green shirt with a very large retro star-eagle logo on the back: TSecStarEagle.gif

      You guys are all delusional. I have a hard time believing that the cut-off will be 30ish teams. Its obvious that's where it is in reality, and dollars (revenue, budgets, etc). But too many of these schools have enough delusional donors who are willing to keep throwing money at it. Why does NIL make that change? I think most of you don't actually talk to any of these big money guys. They aren't jumping out....they are jumping in. And always have. Now it's legal to pay players to win...so anyone with a conscious before when it was illegal doesn't have that hanging over them now. See SMU, Baylor, etc. We're all a bunch of poor schmo's here. Look at the scroll that runs across this very site. That ain't big money scrolling through here. True some of the big donors post on here, but not the Ryans or the 4 billionaire types that fund dirty schmoo.

      Its in Queens, not Manhattan! I briefly looked at SJU when looking for grad schools, its a very unique university, its not for every student and that includes athletes. I dont know if they have the easiest time recruiting, sure its NYC, but there are plenty of quality programs near NYC. They do have Pitino, but how long is he sticking around?
