It's not that it cant happen to UNT...it is just that it doesn't because the people trying to raise money/donations are pathetic at their jobs. It still amazes why UNT which is in a metropolitan area of 7 or so million people and one of the more prosperous business areas in the world cant get a ton of money from people, companies, alumni etc. Perhaps Dr. B is changing that but yeah it is pretty pathetic.

Donors are like heat seeking missles, they gravitate toward perceived excellence. UNT offers non of that ...we are merely a school treading water. No sizzle, no donations. We have no master plan for excellence and a pitiful handful of fund raisers. Other than that, there is no reason we should not succeed.

It's insane! Mike Leach has NEVER won a State Championship! And he's never beaten Western Kentucky even once, much less twice in back to back seasons!

What's their tailgating experience like our there? How many generators do they need to power their stadium?

What are the odds that someone, ANYONE on the NT campus took note of this and put it together that coincidentally this donation was given at the same time the Red Raiders are currently ranked 2nd in the nation in football with two really great wins on national tv the past two weekends?

As ADLER and so many others have suggested till their sick of it. FIX THE PROBLEM!
