Brady out for the season is a big blow to the Pats but man they are still a stout team. Every time I have seen Matt Cassel play he really does a good job. Obviously he is no Brady but if he is gone for the year, I can still see the Pats winning 10-12 games.

ESPN says it's official. The Patriots announced Brady will have knee surgery, be placed on injured reserve, and is out for the year.
