WE STILL NEED A FEW GOOD MEN

Greenbackers,

As it stands now we have but 3 volunteers for the phonathon on Saturday. There are a great many people who have put a great deal of effort and sacrifice into making sure the phone banks will be available. I know that I personally have touched base with 5 different people just to be sure that someone will be available to open up the doors to us. Mandy McKinley with the Mean Green Club called me today to make sure there was nothing else we needed and to express the athletic department's immense thanks for what we have been doing and are trying to do.

If there is any way, ANY WAY AT ALL, that you can be there Saturday please let it be known. It's a four hour sacrifice for what could be 1,000 new fans and their parents. Otherwise, I'm gonna start grabbing people off of the streets and offering them sandwiches for their time.

Also, I am going to visit Ms. McKinley on Thursday to look at the script and possibly make a suggestion or two.
