Weather stoppage due to lightening with UNT up 4-3. USF was up to bat with one out and one runner on.  
USF is on their third pitcher who has us struggling at the plate. She is mainly working the outside corner and we are being impatient. Need to step that way and drive the ball to the opposite field versus trying to pull the ball.

Lightning delay. Commentators suggest this takes the momentum away from USF but the count is currently 3-2. If Anderson walks this batter after the delay, momentum is back.

I doubt he will do this.....but just a few weeks ago.....Gracie Maloney was brought in, and shut down USF for 4 innings. And she allowed us to come back from 10 runs down. She did give up the go ahead run in the 10th. Annica isn't as on, as she was y'day.

The Sun Belt championship is on ESPN2 now between the 7th seed Coastal Carolina and 9th seed JMU. I wonder who gets the boot when our game resumes.

I would think they put the SBC game on ESPNews. (Since ours ought to be closer to being finished). But that's just a guess.

They canceled the SEC championship game due to weather and named A&M/OU co-champions. With auto-bid implications on the line and not being a power conference, what happens if our weather delay goes on long enough to cancel the game? Do they name UNT champions since we had the lead or label us both co-champions as well? If we're co-champions, what happens to the auto-bid? Latest bracketology does not have North Texas in as an at-large but that might have changed since the tournamenet started. Curious as to how this all plays out.

If they cancel our game as it stands, we should be declared the winner and advance. Tough break for S. Fla, but, oh well. Nobody said life was fair.
