Not thrilled about playing State
I guess the call on the coin flip. Otherwise, one sideline will be in the sun. Depending on the weather, that might be a little better, i.e. on a sunny but cold day, it would be a bit warmer for the first part of the game. -

From an historical perspective, I understand his sentiments. We were clearly the better program for a number of years. They have continued to improve on the field and we have not. They're not a better program today; although their current day success. Rightfully or not, this is the same feeling SMU has had toward us, forever. I've always felt, we are the un-luckiest program in the country in terms of elevating the program. We see signs on the field then regress. Props to Southwest Texas State. I can't get excited either thinking back to those Southland Conference days together at Fouts Field. -
