Looks like Tulsa finished their schedule a week ago. They also got Oral Roberts and Ok State at home.

So we are officially the last team left without a finished schedule. Saturday we will be 30 days out from the season starting.
A similar 2-league proposal was leaked to the public this past spring and it resembles what is being proposed for the College Student Football League. I've attached the pdf deck if anyone's interested. It calls for a Super League (SL) of 70 permeant schools and an Under League (UL) of 66 schools that would be subject to promotion and relegation based upon performance. Personally I think a system like this makes a lot of sense and halts the Big10/SEC breakaway. Not surprisingly, the Big10 and SEC came out against this proposal when it hit the streets last February.
