A similar 2-league proposal was leaked to the public this past spring and it resembles what is being proposed for the College Student Football League. I've attached the pdf deck if anyone's interested. It calls for a Super League (SL) of 70 permeant schools and an Under League (UL) of 66 schools that would be subject to promotion and relegation based upon performance. If you just want the bullet points, see the attached screen grabs. Personally I think a system like this makes a lot of sense and halts the Big10/SEC breakaway. He’s been banned on most of those boards. He’s admitted it.
