*I get we have 4 or 5 solid commits to the '24 class. That's the '24 class. We have a season to play in 2023 and there were countless diamonds in the portal. I know what to expect.

What diamonds would you target?

The ones already that had experience that we offered who decided to transfer to other programs. We shot our shot on lots of players. We missed. And we'll pay for it come fall time. Hence the were. We know this song and dance. Hang on tight.

And I can confirm that a VERY large percentage of the Kids you are referring to we lost due to the lack of NIL funding. Kids are not taking less money to go anywhere. North Texas will take off when we take advantage of alumni numbers. It doesn't have to be huge amounts with our large alumni base. Just needs more numbers donating. It can't be 4 or 5 big donors and expect to compete.

Way it was before NIL. The way it is with NIL. Look at a gigantic percentage of our student body and alum base. You really think they give a damn about athletics. Like, just look at them. Like, really-really, look.

Haha... nah. Not really at all. I just don't roll with the 'pander to the new staff, current staff, stale staff, should've been fired staff, etc with 100% benefit of the doubt' ALL. THE. TIME. It's the same characters spittin the same ole bs. If it all sounds depressing or negative, then they can always fix it.  Until then, basketball be rollin.

Should have never, ever put RV in charge. That was a give up by Baker and a give in to a certain set of donors. And now he’s gone and silence as to who is running the collective.

Baker's gone, but had to double check: are you saying RV is no longer leading the collective?

That is what was recently reported on here and Baker was here when the collective was created.
