For facilities IMO you measure yourself against your peers, and should strive to be at the top of the conference. There's no better standard than being the standard. Outside of those two things coaching salaries are also up there with being extremely important, and that's for both head coaches as well as asst. coaches/staff. That's how you ensure you can continue success if you lose a good coach, and how you can make a quick change when a coach doesn't work out. -

Why is RV’s picture no longer on the UNT NIL site
RV gets a pass. He and Dr. Pohl secured the old golf course and Liberty Chr. property for Athletic's facilities. However, on the NT Mount Rushmore of Failure you can include Bob Tyler (football), Vic Trilli, Tommy Newman, and Shanice Stephens (basketball). -

Too many of you are on the fence
Behind him and his staff. I believe they will do an excellent job in the future. However, if you want to ignore the talent a team like SMU can buy and act like it shouldn't make a difference, then your kidding yourself. -
