Better Bill and he’s had a really good game tonight, but still too many misses from 2 feet to be counted among the elite bigs IMHO.

I know how you hate the term Mid-Major but I would contend that Abou is approaching an elite big in that arena.

Really good road win! Hat off to Abou for a big game tonight. Kai also continued his streak of good games. He’s found his footing in our system. Like the way we’re playing.

FAU lost, so opinion is now, I hope they lose the rest of the way since there is no way league will get an at large, so we can get the #1 seed and avoid UAB until finals

He’s already that, I think.  He has the potential of being in the upper echelons. Free throws have improved (+++). Haven’t checked the numbers, but they seem better.  He makes a great move to get an open shot and it bangs hard off the backboard.  Fix that and he’ll be unstoppable.

That and I also think Huntsberry is really hitting his stride now. He's figured out where he fits on the floor, and what he can do that other can't. He has been driving so much to the lane and looking very good doing it.

I'm digging the Mean Pink uniforms the women are wearing tonight.

I couldn't say this kind of thing without being harassed by my friends at Pauline G. Hughes Middle School, but pink is a great color for sports teams.

Also was it just me or did the guys look a little ragged tonight. They looked like they were breathing hard and winded in the 2nd half. Short bench didn't help I guess, no Martinez.
