Breaking: North Texas lands ULM QB Transfer Chandler Rogers

Littrell for whatever reason just would not play more than one QB in anything but special run packages, Fine or Aune.

I expect and predict Morris will evaluate all QB options and settle on one, but it might take most of the OC schedule.

NT should have a much better offense next year with the talent returning and the right QB.

The defense is much more worrisome to me.

He tended to lock in on one guy and never give backups meaningful minutes, even in a blowout. But he did try out different guys to get to that point, if you recall. Morris first, then locked in on Fine. 2020 he rotated Bean and Aune. 2021 tried to go with Ruder but settled on Fine.

Hell yeah! Starter in 2023! Dual threat, 68% completion percentage???? How could you not like this pickup??

That’s what I’m feeling, too.  The QB’s we brought in from the past were usually backups at their previous stop.  Rogers started the entire season. Earle may have been a starter at ACU?  Either way, I’m hopeful for a true QB competition in the Spring.  Looking forward to the Spring Game!
