I did not expect a lot due to the late start, but not going to lie, I expected more than this. As JD mentioned, with the UIW connections, and the close timing of the hires, we are being compared to how Texas State is doing with Kinne. Right now they are getting a lot of positive exposure with the QB from Arkansas. Not saying we should panic, but hopefully a few names start being released.

Side note - A lot of people took shots at Charlotte for their hire. He is pulling in some nice players.

Yeah, the HC has a ton of connections on the East Coast. He recruited several kids to the private high school he coached at in Baltimore.

We know based on the coaching search this program can keep things quite. Hopefully something soon. I still think most of the players we sign will be in the next window in May.

I wish we had a series with Texas State. These two coaches and schools could have a good/friendly rivalry.

I sure hope so.   They are outdoing us by A LOT in the transfer department.

      St. Johns is one of the great sleeping giant jobs in the nation. They have a fantastic basketball history (they haven't been that great for the last generation or so, but the Johnies do have a helluva tradition) going back about 80 years and they play in NYC at MSG.

      Recent Past With all the excitement over Tylor Perry we quickly forgot about the best player from our recent past. The stats and awards bear it out. In my mind the answer is Javion Hamlet. We won the Conference in 2020 and arguably that was the best team we have ever had.

      Judge orders Florida State, ACC to mediation to settle suit

      A majority of schools could just vote to dissolve the ACC. There would be a court fight, but eventually schools that want out will be released with some greatly reduced financial penalty. It's like a divorce, you can't keep someone in an unhappy relationship, even with a contract. It will happen probably before the end of next year at the pace things are moving.
