Just an FYI…the term “Best Practices” was retired 10 years ago

Not true in my industry. It's just annoying business jargon that executives and consultants like to use. Even though they don't know the best practices to use.

Consultants like those buzz words/phrases. Like when the throw around "world  class."

I like this hire. Guy has solid experience, and his most recent job was at OU, a team that always features a strong O-line play.

Cooper's experience working with Heupel for several years at Utah State, Mizzou, and UCF and most recent tutelage under Bill Bedenbaugh is absolutely huge. Bill is arguably the best offensive line coach and developer of line talent in a spread offense in the country.

Agree on Bedenbaugh, but it is interesting that he was highly critical of UNT firing Seth.
