Judge orders Florida State, ACC to mediation to settle suit
Basketball matters about as much as a popcorn fart with respect to realignment. Also, last I checked the ACC has won 7 of the last 16 men's NCAA tournaments and had 3 teams in the Elite 8 last year. Truck Stop 12 had nada. -

THE SPHERE IS 30-ISH SCHOOLS!!! The debate is should we continue with this charade or be proactive and put something together that could benefit the rest of the left overs. I happen to think a regional direction for the rest of us will be good...both in eyeballs and costs. Especially compared to what we have now. For crying out loud, Cal is going to North Carolina for games. That's dumb.- 1

B/c there are too many complications of limiting the sphere to 30-ish schools, not the least of which will be Congress and the mother of all antitrust lawsuits.
